CDL Certification

The Commercial Driver Licensing Program Is designed to provide high-quality, affordable training for aspiring professional drivers in the region. Registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the program prepares students for all phases of CDL certification.

Program Outcomes

Pass the Written Commercial Learners Permit Exams, consisting of General Knowledge, Combination Vehicles, and  Air Brakes.
Pass the Pre-Trip Inspection Exam, consisting of  truck exterior and interior,  trailer,  safety equipment, traffic monitoring devices, engine compartment, tires, suspension, lights, etc.
Pass the Lot/Range Skills Exam, consisting of  forward space pullup, straight backing, offset backing and rear spacing.
Pass the Road Exam, in which a third-party examiner takes individual students on the road and evaluates their driving skills.
Successfully earn their commercial driver licenses with airbrake and combination vehicle endorsements.
